Venue
The workshop is planned as an on-site event in Slovenia.
It will take place at Hotel Plesnik in the region Logar Valley.
The hotel rooms for the participants are located in this hotel or in hotels in the close vicinity.
Costs at the venue will be covered by the organizers, i.e., meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks) and accommodation.
A small tourist tax and registration fee must be paid on site by all participants.
Extra costs for spouses must be paid by participants.
Travel information
If you travel by plane, Ljubljana airport is recommended as final destination.
Local transport will be provided by the organizers.
- Bus from Ljubljana city: Monday, 9:30
- Bus from Ljubljana airport: Monday, 10:30
- Early bus to Ljubljana airport: Friday, 10:30
- Bus to Ljubljana city / airport: Friday, 14:00
The hotel can provide individual shuttles to and from Ljubljana airport. The price is about 120 EUR per drive (up to 8 persons).
If you arrive on Sunday and take a taxi from the airport to the city, first agree with the driver on the price. This price should be on the order of 50 EUR. Cheaper and good alternatives are shuttles.
Travel costs of invited speakers (flight, train, etc.) will be (at least partially) reimbursed.
